We offer non-medical companion and personal care services for seniors, disabled individuals or new moms who need an extra hand in the comforts of their own home. We also offer care for specialized and advanced conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

How do I begin care services with Solace Care? How quickly can care services begin?

A member of our care team and an executive of Solace Care will come to your home for a free, no obligation care assessment. Once the assessment is completed we begin our caregiver selection process to find the best match based on the client’s need, personality, preferences and interests. The client will meet and approve our caregiver prior to care services beginning. We can begin care services as quickly as the same day.

Are care services available 24 hours, 7 days a week?

Yes. We are here for you and your family 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days of the year.

What is the minimum number of hours I can schedule a caregiver for care services?

Our minimum number of hours a caregiver can be scheduled per visit is 4 hours. Care can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly. There is no commitment to the duration of care.

Are Solace Care caregivers insured and bonded?

Our caregivers are licensed, bonded, insured and covered by Worker’s Compensation insurance. We carry General Liability and Professional Liability.

Does Solace Care conduct background checks on all caregivers?

As part of our hiring and screening process, we perform a comprehensive national background check on all our caregivers. We also fingerprint and drug test our caregivers and verify at a minimum three professional references from clients and/or employers.

How does Solace Care ensure proper care is given?

We manage and supervise the care given to our clients. We perform frequent quality assurance visits and phone calls to our clients ensuring expectations and standards are being met.
