We look to recruit, hire and train the very best caregivers. We follow a rigorous 12-step screening and hiring process. The candidate must successfully complete the required steps prior to joining the Solace Care team. Once the requirements have been met, we create a caregiver profile which includes their professional experience, skills and personal attributes. This helps our team quickly identify the best caregiver for you and your family.
